Where do we ship?

We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, New Zealand and Europe.

How long will my order take?

All Lumme products are dispatched directly from our suppliers. Please allow the following timeframes from the date of your order:

Australia: 7 to 15 business days United Kingdom: 10 to 20 business days United States and Canada: 10 to 20 business days New Zealand: 7 to 15 business days Other international destinations: 10 to 25 business days

These are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or high demand periods.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, customs or import duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
